Well, making jewelry is really difficult, even something as simple as this bracelet. Okay, first I put the clasp on wrong,
so I had to do it over. Then I did not do the crimps right and it fell apart, so I had to do it over. I wore it yesterday and it fell off, so I realize the clasp I used is not appropriate for bracelets, probably would work for necklaces. But with a bracelet, you hand is being put in and out of coats and things and so the clasp comes undone!!!
I think it is hard to make jewelry. I guess some of it is trial and error to find out what works.
Yes, well it is funny now that I am not using kits. I can see the value of a kit; the author already knows all the pitfalls!!! But it is still fun to make stuff on my own.
